Fuster’s exceptional leadership abilities and unwavering dedication to supporting the military community and national defense make him a valuable addition to this esteemed board.

With over twenty years in government contracting, Fuster brings a vast reservoir of expertise to the Fredericksburg MAC board. Prior to joining Riphean Investments, Fuster led a portfolio for SAIC, a Fortune 500 technology integrator supporting senior government clients at the Under Secretary of Defense for Research and Engineering (R&E) and the Under Secretary of Defense for Acquisition and Sustainment (A&S). He also previously served as Director of Defense and Intelligence Services for Quantitative Software Management (QSM), a DC-based boutique consulting firm, where he helped grow their family business and led a client portfolio across government agencies, military services, industry leaders, top consulting firms and small businesses.
Currently, Fuster serves as the Board President for Stafford Soccer and as a member of the Stafford County Board of Education Technology Advisory Committee. He also holds the position of Chief Executive Officer at Catapult Consultants, a small business with a Top Secret facility clearance that specializes in the convergence of cyber threat and data analytics services.
