FREDERICKSBURG, Va., August 17, 2023 – Riphean Hospitality announced today that David Stallard, Vice President of Operations, has been selected for Leadership Fredericksburg’s 2024 Class. This annual nine-month leadership program, organized by the Fredericksburg Regional Chamber of Commerce, also welcomed 31 other professionals alongside Stallard.
Leadership Fredericksburg brings together local leaders through a sequence of all-encompassing learning sessions across the region. In this program, participants interact with community leaders and mentors, engaging in collaborative team projects and gaining insights from keynote speakers.
“I am both excited and honored to be a part of the Chamber’s Leadership Fredericksburg 2024 Class,” Stallard said. “Leadership skills are vital to engaging meaningfully with the community, which is at the heart of hospitality and what we aim to do every day at Riphean.”
Stallard is the second member of the Riphean Hospitality team to participate in Leadership Fredericksburg. Joel Griffin, Founder and President of Riphean Group, the parent company of Riphean Hospitality, graduated from the program in 2009. Griffin continues to contribute annually as a guest speaker, sharing insights from his personal leadership journey.
