Victor Fuster

Prior to joining Riphean Investments, Victor led a portfolio for a Fortune 500 technology integrator supporting senior government clients at the Under Secretary of Defense for Research and Engineering (R&E) and the Under Secretary of Defense for Acquisition and Sustainment (A&S). He also previously served as Director of Defense and Intelligence Services for a DC-based boutique consulting firm, where he helped grow their family business and led a client portfolio across government agencies, military services, industry leaders, top consulting firms and small businesses.

Currently, Victor also serves as Chief Executive Officer for Catapult Consultants, a Top-Secret cleared small business that sits at the convergence of cyber threat, data analytics and technology protection services. Additionally, he is a Board Member for the Fredericksburg Military Affairs Council and the Board President for Stafford Soccer. Stafford Soccer is a 501c(3) non-profit and largest youth sports organization in the Stafford County region, supporting over 6,000 members annually. He also provides his time to other volunteer opportunities in local youth sports, such as the US Soccer TOPSoccer program for children and adults with intellectual, emotional and physical disabilities, and serves on the Stafford County Board of Education Technology Advisory Committee.

Victor is a Marine Corps veteran with experience in law enforcement and investigations. His last assignment was as the Chief Fugitive Investigator for HQMC.
