Kylie Starace
Chief Administrative Officer, Riphean Group
With over 15 years of management experience, Kylie Starace serves as Chief Administrative Officer for Riphean Group. Kylie holds responsibility across various functions within Riphean, including legal, finance, human resources and company administration. She holds oversees day-to-day operations of Riphean Group and all of its portfolio companies, working closely with the respective executive teams to implement strategies and policies that advance the firms overall business objectives.
Kylie has provided leadership and support to various organizations throughout her career. Before joining the founding team at Riphean, she worked as Human Resources (HR) Manager for IT Veterans and prior to that, spent nine years as Director of Human Resources for Dependable Global Solutions (DGS). Kylie played a pivotal role during the Centauri (now KBR) acquisition of DGS, leading the corporate information collection for the data library as well as participating in the management briefings throughout the process. Her experience in HR, Finance, and direct leadership of personnel makes her a critical component of Riphean Groups success.
Kylie holds a B.S. in Finance with a focus in Human Resource Management from the University of Florida. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) professionals and has a professional certification in Venture Finance from NVCA & Berkeley Law.
