Damon Phillips is the Senior Vice President of Business Development and Alliances for Eliassen Group and serves as a growth consultant to Riphean Investments.
With over 20 years supporting the federal market, Damon brings deep domain expertise and is recognized for his ability to drive sustainable growth. He plays a pivotal role in supporting strategic growth initiatives for Riphean Investments’ portfolio companies and provides valuable counsel on future endeavors.
Damon serves as Senior Vice President of Business Development and Alliances for Eliassen Group, a global Professional Services Firm. Leading business development and capture efforts, Damon is charged with developing a vendor/partner ecosystem to provide value to a client’s in multiple industries.
Prior to joining Eliassen Group, Damon served as Vice President at Zachary Piper Solutions, overseeing a national team of business development and delivery managers working with small, medium and large system integrators. Damon also brings extensive experience from a 17-year tenure at Apex Systems, where he led advanced programs and played a pivotal role in establishing strategic alliances.
