Andrew “AJ” Forysiak is the owner of AJF & Associates and serves as the Vice Chairman on Riphean Investments Advisory Board.
As an Army veteran and bringing over a decade of industry experience in the DoD and IC to our Board, AJ supports strategic discussions, advises on future initiatives and supports the growth of portfolio companies.
AJ is an accomplished and highly professional, results-oriented, and proven intelligence and cyber change agent, strategist and leader with a diverse and highly successful military, civilian, and private sector career.
AJ has demonstrated expertise in building coalitions and professional networks with military, civilian, and Intelligence Community (IC) executives, as well as private industry, to engender support for complex national security and intelligence programs and to develop and oversee strategic initiatives. As a recognized change agent, AJ previously led efforts to reorganize personnel and transform approach to cyber and infrastructure analysis within the Department of the Army.
